The specified price is valid for the rental of the apartment with a maximum of 4 people. If there are 5 or 6 tenants, there is an extra of 12,5 euro per person per night.
January - March 475 euro/week (min 4 nights)
April - Mai 570 euro/week (min 4 nights)
June 680 euro/week (min 4 nights)
July - August 915 euro/week (960 euro between 15 July and 15 August) (min 4 nights)
September 680 euro/week (min 4 nights)
October - December 475 euro/week (min 4 nights)
All these prices include VAT, electricity, water, Wi-Fi, house and beach towels and bed linen, welcome pack. Final cleaning is 130 euro per stay.

These conditions are valid from 1 November until 30 March and includes electricity, water, Wi-Fi, final cleaning, excl. exchange of towels and bed linen.
A 20 % deposit must be funded immediately after booking. The remaining amount is due minimum 4 weeks upon arrival.
